The day itself will have Great wine, Brilliant food, Fantastic entertainment and music all located at The Oakengrove Vineyard near Henley on Thames. With this year being even more unique with the addition of us blacksmiths! Not only will you be able to have a browse at our latest hand forged cookware but watch our demo under the vineyard terrace and take part in our one of a kind taster sessions throughout the afternoon and evening!
 
Join Billy and Stuart in the pop up vineyard forge and have an immersive hour long taster session where you will forge your own item before relaxing in the terrace with some wine and music! During your session you will be heating, striking and bending red hot steel at over 800 degrees! Learning the traditional skills of blacksmiths and using them to create your own goods that will last for... well... ever!
 
We have a 4 sessions :
1. A forged fire poker for use on an open fire, wood burner or BBQ!
Times: 4:30pm, 8pm
2. A pair of BBQ Skewers from stainless steel, ready for the summer!
Times: 1:30pm, 6pm
 
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SESSION ... save it for after please! Or you will be asked to leave the forge

Wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit grubby (bring a change of clothes for after)
Please wear trousers, and solid shoes 
Only 4 spaces available per time slot
Sessions are 1 hour long in total 
Please arrive 10 mins before your session time
